Member services - Proposal from Ted
Passed -Motion to adopt an on-line service for $10/month and add the role of member services including a quarterly news letter by email and paper to the responsibilities of the SWIMBA Vice. President –(Chris Cook)
Willow Lane MOU
Approved $1,600 in matching funds from Tamarack for the Willow Lane Dirt Jump Park.
Cycle Idaho Report

Proposal to have the Treasure Valley Cycling Alliance become the secondary benefactor.
Proposed eliminating rides vs. the $800 made in donations.
New Belgium Brewing has requested a marketing proposal that includes the Added Value Benefits of SWIMBA and the TOUR De FAT.

Sprockids - New Director Spring/Summer Schedule
Laurien Lightfield presented the new Sprockids Director – Loren
The Spring/Summer schedule is out.
New instructors are desperately needed and recruiting for more instructors has begun.
Those interested should apply to Boise Parks and Rec.
National Trails Day - Report from Ted
REI will be coordinating the volunteers for the June 5, 2004 event. More details in April.
Adopt-a-trail - Report from Chris
Chris will have the 2004 agreement with Rige-to-Rivers at the April meeting.
New Business:
Spring Valley Ranch Presentation by SunCor
The proposed general “bubble plan” would include about 600 new homes, public facilities including a bike shop, trail head access and designated public open space and trails.
Highway access will include 3 stop lights on Hwy 55 and no planned highway bike route.
SWIMBA has been asked to coordinate inventory efforts with Ada County Trail coordinator Tim Breuer. Tim will define the reporting criteria.
Nominating Committee for the new SWIMBA board is: Chris Cook – Chris Hahn – Dan Meeker
The committee is to define officer roles/responsibilities including the newly added Vice. Pres. Role as member services and news letter author.
