- Chris Cook indicated that the Willow Lane Jump Park is currently inadequately signed. Chris suggested that SWIMBA utilize some of the funds that were not expended on the Rock Island trail signage to provide signage at this location. Currently there is not signage posted at all entries. David Thomas moved to approve a $300 commitment towards signage at Willow Lane Jump Park with the caveat that Chris Cook pursue inclusion of the SWIMBA logo and web address on the signage. Seconded by? Passed unanimously.
- Website Retooling
- Eric Lafferty is asking the board for permission / direction to retool the website to allow for easier modifications by outside parties. He asserts that the current website is pretty static and that retooling could allow deployment of a model that could be changed and updated by anyone who the board allows access ultimately resulting an a more dynamic site.

- Chris Cook moved to direct Eric Lafferty and volunteers to pursue and implement a new website model.
