- The available summer sessions have all been filled and additional sessions have been added.
- We hope to have 3 new instructors soon.
- Thank you to SWIIMBA for donating money for new brochures and for the new shed & maintenance facility.
- A Fall schedule has been finalized which includes Wednesday sessions and other days.

- The operating agreement has been finalized.
- Construction documents will be complete by the end of June.
- Trails in the park will be part of the park and will be close during races.
- Phase 1 buget is $1.5M. To date $1.1M has been raised plus in-kind donations.

- East Side Extension (Al Casile):
- The RTP grant request was not sucessful.
- The committee for Schafer Butte believes we still need to complete reroutes of trails off private property.
- There is a trail work day scheduled for June 30th & July 14th. We need many volunteers.
- ATV issues: Sometime late spring ATVs went through Entrance Exam to Sweet Sweet Connie. The damage was significant. This is why all entries have been signed to indicate the allowed uses. Chain saw use was significant. Many terrain features were removed. One hundred twenty hours (Later corrected by Al to be closer to 90 hours) of volunteer labor was redirected to refurbishment of these trails instead of the building of new trails. SWIMBA’s response to this issue has helped solidify its relationship with Ridge to River’s and the USFS.
- Al Casile thanks everyone for their commitment to these trails.
- Trailpalooza (Margie):
- The event will be on August 11th from 9am to 5pm.

- Rides: There will be beginning, intermediate and advanced group rides. We will need liability releases from all participants. An attorney should be consulted on this. In connection with the rides there will need to be sign up and information booths. Margie would like to organize the SWIMBA booth.
- At the event we will be requesting a $5 donation to be applied to trail building.
- There will be activities for kids as it is being advertised as a family event.
- Food from the COOP will be provided from 12-3
